Starting out a year ago on Mandolin , with Blue Chip and then later ToneSlab , I’ve been struggling all along with keeping the pick in my grip where I want it . Wanting also to articulate it as needed / desired to vary the tone ,hopefully in time….without thinking about it but just doing it unconsciously. It’s been very slow, getting there , ….till now Enter…TOKEN green . I’m finding it very easy to hold it without it slipping all over the place , and adjust it as needed while playing. The tone from this pick is not like the other 2 ( Blue Chip & ToneSlab ) at all . Right away ,I found it loud ( Great ! ) and bright…also great. A major new addition to my kit for tone palette….and my go to pick for everyday practice. Love it !

Collings D1 + A3-55 = Perfection. Power, smooth feel, and just enough articulation to cut through without sounding brittle or sharp. I like just a little smaller pick, so need to try the B3 next.

Spectacular! I’ll be placing an additional order soon!

In the last 60+ years I've used countless picks, this is as fine as any I've yet encountered. Everything being relatively equal, you do get what you pay for.

I have quite a few high end picks from different makers but the Token A3 picks are the first ones where I immediately recognized a difference in tone and playability. I just ordered three more A3-55s. The best part is they are the best pick for my Gibson J-45, my HD-28 and my 1998 Bougeois OM. These picks are just the best ever. Keep up the great work.
Best Regards,

I love the sound and volume that I am getting with this Token A3-55 pick, I feel that the sound that I am getting will this pick is the closest to the sound of a real Tortoise Shell than any pick I’ve tried (and I’ve tried about every pick on the market). I also feel that I am getting more volume from this pick. The only downfall if any, is I feel that this pick is a tad slippery to hang onto.
I also wish I would have purchased a B3-55 instead as the A model is a tad larger that I prefer.

I have two other ' high end ' picks for my Gibson A9 mandolin and they each produce their own sound but having recently purchased an A3 - 55 Token it definitely tops the other picks for tone and clarity !
It feels very comfortable and produces no discernable ' pick click ' .
Despite the cost and postage from the US in my opinion it is well worth it !
Be prepared to wait fourteen days for it to arrive here in the UK.

I think it’s the best pick I have ever played with. The tone I get out of it is really impressive! It was well worth the money. Thank you!

An excellent pick. Solid feel in the hand, quick through the strings and great tone. Really like it.

It’s either the bevel and/or the material, but this pick has slight wisp of drag that sounds and feels like a microsecond of bowing the instrument. It’s umami for tone and feel! Thanks

I admit I was hesitant to plop down that much money for a guitar pick. I figured it was just a gimmick. I was wrong. The clarity, note seperation and volume difference is definitely noticeable. Shipping was super fast as well. I will definitely be adding additional shapes and thickness to my collection.

The green material is awesome! Just as good or better than my bluechip and darth tone tone slab. I'm excited to try the other materials when I get the money. Thanks!

Very smooth to touch. Would prefer a rougher
Texture to prevent slipping, otherwise ok

I wasn’t completely sure what to think of Token since it seemed relatively close in size and shape to my BlueChip TAD 3R-55. After a couple weeks, the Token A3-55 has been my go-to. Slightly more responsive and articulate and a bit more attack. Not quite as warm, but it brings just enough extra punch to bluegrass flatpicking to make it the top dog. Great pick and feel.

Great, great pick. This is my go to now for Bluegrass. The bevel and feel is incredible. Very articulate, powerful and clean sounding.

tone and control are crystal clear and the pick still has juuust enough give to feel flexible at this thickness. excited to try more of the line to find my ideal, but this pick, as an intro to token, is 10/10. my guitars are alive with new sound and it makes me want to play for hours over again

Wonderful Pick!
