I have used Blue Chip picks for a long time but I wanted to try a Token - I’m super happy with my purchase - I got the b1-45 as I thought it would be the perfect match for my all Mahogany Martin 00015 which I play at open mics - I love the feel of the pick on the strings and the way it slightly brightens the tone of my warm sounding guitar. Highly recommend these picks. And hey, if they are good enough for Andy Falco they are good enough for me - and you!

I’ve been flatpicking for almost 50 years now, I’ve naturally changed picks multiple times over the decades. My latest discovery is this gem- tucks into the hand nicely and is the perfect combo of attack for lead and “brush” for rhythm. I am a convert!

This is my second Token pick. I also have a B3-45 which in my opinion is the perfect pick. I reviewed it also. The B1-45 basically a high end Ultem pick similar to a Dunlop Ultex in a 1.14. But Token picks our CNC machined with laser cut perfect beveled edges. These are probably the best picks on the market as far as quality, precision and tone. The Token medium triangle is also the perfect shape pick for me. It’s the exact size as a Bluechip TP which is also a great pick. The B1 has a crisp full sound and the beveled edges make it play like butter. You’re not gonna get that out of a Dunlop pick. Token is a new company not even a year old but their attention to detail makes them really stand out. Definitely recommend the B1 and the B3. I will be buying a B2 soon. These picks aren’t for everyone but everyone needs to try them to see what they might be missing.

I did not notice anything significant over the 1.0 picks I buy from Amazon and definitely nothing better than Bluechip picks. Not impressed by how it strikes the string and definitely overpriced for what I got. I tried 3 of your picks and none of them impressed me.

I have purchased many picks in a effort to find a replacement for the tortoise shell I had used for years. I tried Red Bear, BlueChip, Dunlop, and others. I like this Token pick the most. Not only does it sound good and support rapid picking, but the material has enough friction that grips are not necessary to keep the pick in place between my fingers. The B1-45 is the perfect size for me. Not too large and cumbersome yet not so small that my finger nails come in contact with the strings. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a sweet material, when you don’t need to be hammering out the big G runs, this is the one for couch strumming and letting the chords ring when singing along!

Nice sounding pic. Has a brighter sound compared to my bluechip.

Phenomenal plectrum! I have an old tortoise pick that I use with my archtop guitar. On a whim I bought the B1-45 pick, and I really love the feel and tone. This may well be my new ‘to go’ pick, and I intend to use it for my upcoming recording of an album with music by Bach, played on an acoustic archtop with plectrum.I am truly excited that I found something that is as good or better as the now illegal tortoise picks. Thank you guys!

I started using token picks because I like the small triangular shape and the different thicknesses available. I play a Gibson J 185 and I prefer the sound of this material over the other two materials they offer. I play mostly rhythm guitar. I have used other high end picks but the last maker could not produce consistent shapes and thicknesses. That’s what I love about token picks. Every pick I purchase has the same thickness and shape. Great product and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
